En este proyecto colaboran la UMH, el Basque Culinary Center, la Wroclaw University of Life Sciences de Polonia, Syddansk Universititet de Dinamarca y la red europea de innovaci\u00f3n REDINN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el foco del encuentro estuvo en el dise\u00f1o de nuevos productos con propiedades saludables, espec\u00edficamente en la aplicaci\u00f3n de una innovadora herramienta de trabajo: el hackathon. Esta metodolog\u00eda permiti\u00f3 aprovechar la creatividad de j\u00f3venes investigadores para desarrollar productos adaptados a mercados
