Las instalaciones agrovoltaicas se presentan como una interesante alternativa gracias a la reducci\u00f3n de los costes. Sin embargo, las instalaciones desarrolladas hasta ahora se suelen caracterizar por la incompatibilidad entre la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y el cultivo rentable. El proyecto VOLTO propone un sistema innovador de instalaci\u00f3n agrovoltaica en un invernadero de tomate Muchamiel. Se trata de una malla de sombreo fotovoltaica que se despliega en las horas de mayor insolaci\u00f3n para reducir el consumo de agua y nutrientes y evitar la fotoinhibici\u00f3n del cultivo. La energ\u00eda producida se emplea en el funcionamiento del sistema de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto puede contribuir a mejorar la competitividad de la agricultura mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda agr\u00edcola innovadora. Adem\u00e1s, VOLTO puede favorecer el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico en zonas rurales, la creaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de peque\u00f1as empresas y la conservaci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de empleo. El proyecto tambi\u00e9n puede mejorar la eficiencia en el uso del agua, la energ\u00eda y la captaci\u00f3n de carbono, incrementar el suministro y uso de energ\u00edas renovables y reducir la emisi\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero y la lixiviaci\u00f3n de nutrientes en la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de innovaci\u00f3n que colabora en VOLTO est\u00e1 formado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores y Comercializadores de tomate Muchamiel, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Personas con Diversidad Funcional e investigadores del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Agroalimentaria y Agroambiental de la Universidad Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez (CIAGRO-UMH) y del Centro de Edafolog\u00eda y Biolog\u00eda Aplicada del Segura del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CEBAS-CSIC).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2676 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ciagro.umh.es\/files\/2023\/01\/PlacaVOLTO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1016\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ciagro.umh.es\/files\/2023\/01\/PlacaVOLTO.jpg 1016w, https:\/\/ciagro.umh.es\/files\/2023\/01\/PlacaVOLTO-980x651.jpg 980w, https:\/\/ciagro.umh.es\/files\/2023\/01\/PlacaVOLTO-480x319.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1016px, 100vw\" \/>[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]El reciente encarecimiento energ\u00e9tico ha complicado la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de numerosas empresas, entre ellas, las del estrat\u00e9gico sector agroambiental y agroalimentario.
